FLOURish is the vision of founder Madina Chilashvili, whose love for baking began as a child in Russia. Summers spent in her grandmother’s bakery ignited a passion that never faded. By the age of 9 she had baked her first cake, at 12 she was making birthday cakes for family and friends, and by 15 she was crafting wedding cakes. What started as a childhood curiosity quickly became a calling.

When Madina moved to the United States, baking became more than tradition, it became her anchor. Out of her home kitchen she began filling orders that grew so quickly she opened her first small bakery. Guests lined up for her scratch-made creations, each infused with the European flavors and artistry she grew up with. That little bakery thrived, but soon it became clear vision was bigger than cakes and pastries.

As demand exploded, she outgrew the original bakery space and brought her dream to life with the opening of the first FLOURish Café. This was more than a bakery, it was a true breakfast and lunch destination where scratch-made dishes, European-inspired flavors, and inviting café ambience came together. From syrniki and crepes to reinvented classics with bold flavors and unforgettable presentation, FLOURish quickly became known for turning everyday meals into something extraordinary.
